This is effective without causing stomach pain, even on an empty stomach. Other products tend to upset my stomach, but this one does not. I noticed my wounds heal faster when injured, and taking it with magnesium has improved my nails. I will buy it again when I finish.

I really like this zinc as it does not irritate my sensitive stomach. At the first signs of a cold, I take two per day. I can also give my 7-year-old half a tablet at the onset of illness. It helps tremendously, and I've found the pain has become much less frequent, possibly due to the combination of vitamin C, zinc, and GSE drops.
